Fruit of the Light

Ephesians 5:8-14
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said: "Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."

This is what the Fruit of the Light consists of... it is different from the Galatians list, being that was the Fruit of the Spirit. I should note that it did say the "FRUIT" and not fruits (with an "s"), implying that if one has the Spirit, is would show by it's fruit, encompassing the entirity of that list, as well as if one is in the light, they would bear all these qualities of goodness, righteousness, and truth. Today is just going to be this intro to this little series, which will also be added to the Fruit study, however this is just another leg to what is really a broad subject of what fruit is Biblically speaking.
