The Feeling Exercise:

  • I feel ______ (word from list above) when ______.
  • I first remember feeling _______ when _______.

Rules:

  • Do not use the same feeling word day after day. Doing this will lessen the effectiveness of the exercise to develop intimacy.
  • Do not use one childhood memory for twenty different feeling words. Though several feeling words could describe one situation, it will be more effective to share as many differentsituations as possible with your spouse in the interest of developing emotional intimacy.

Guidelines:

  • NO EXAMPLES ABOUT EACH OTHER. That means nothing positive or negative in this exercise. It helps create a nonthreatening place for both of you.
  • MAINTAIN EYE CONTACT.
  • NO FEEDBACK FOR 72 HOURS. This guideline is critical to keep the exercise safe for both spouses.

Prophecy and Angels

This is the study (most likely studies) a friend wished for me to do. Key questions:

What does the Bible say in regards to a "guardian angel"? Are these so called gifts from God or the evil one?
Dueteronomy 18:14-22
The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination. But as for you, the LORD your God has not permitted you to do so. The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers. You must listen to him. For this is what you asked of the LORD your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly when you said, "Let us not hear the voice of the LORD our God nor see this great fire anymore, or we will die."

The LORD said to me: "What they say is good. I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account. But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded him to say, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, must be put to death."

You may say to yourselves, "How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the LORD" If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him.

Sex, Men and God

I've been thinking about this on and off today, kinda meditating on it. At times, I think I rate pretty good, and then other times, I think I rate pretty bad on this thing. Here are the groups and you can make your own decisions about yourself. I wouldn't (and the book backs me up on this) that you don't go rating others and then telling them that rate as a child in an area that they probably don't want to hear about...
What's great about these charts is that they cover a lot of information and make it easy to see where you are in any particular area.
I believe that at times I am socially inept. I find it hard to build relationships to a deep level. I think I rate somewhere in adolescent and adult on this one.
Yeah, I am a child here. I know it, but I don't want to be a child when it comes to finances. My wife is SSSOOO much more mature in this. I can balance the check-book and I can make sure the bills are paid, blah-blah-blah... and being a math geek, you would think I would flourish in this, but the opposite could not be more true. So, this is where I need to grow...
I used to be in the childish column. Now, I have taken this and grown over the past few years. I teeter between adolescent and adult on this... it's a strong area of struggle for me.
Talking about feelings... guys view that as a weakness, but the opposite couldn't be more true. This is another area in which I need to grow. And the good thing is that I have... and I still need to grow a whole lot more. I know I am in the adolescent column. I have hints of the adult and child column. There is much to do...
It is actually supposed to say "plan" in the adult column. I am adult with hints of adolescent. And that is nice to say that I have one area down pretty good. Too bad it is the "fun" column.
I hope this have been informative for you. Johnny Out.

Character Study: Eli

This study is something I have been holding off of for quite some time. I really think that if I am to grow spiritually, I need to get in after this study. But before I do, I think these definitions are in due order.

CHRISTIAN, n. One who believes that the New Testament is a divinely inspired book admirably suited to the spiritual needs of his neighbor. One who follows the teachings of Christ in so far as they are not inconsistent with a life of sin. (Devil's Dictionary)

CHARACTER, n. The aggregate of features and traits that form the individual nature of some person or thing. Moral or ethical quality. Reputation. A distinguishing feature or attribute, as of an individual, group, or category.

DISCIPLE, n. A person who is a pupil or an adherent of the doctrines of another; follower.

BELIEVER, n. To have confidence in the assertions of (a person). To accept as true or real. A supporter who accepts something as true.
1st Samuel 1:1 to 1st Samuel 4:18
There was a certain man from Ramathaim, a Zuphite from the hill country of Ephraim, whose name was Elkanah son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephraimite. He had two wives; one was called Hannah and the other Peninnah. Peninnah had children, but Hannah had none.

Year after year this man went up from his town to worship and sacrifice to the LORD Almighty at Shiloh, where Hophni and Phinehas, the two sons of Eli, were priests of the LORD. Whenever the day came for Elkanah to sacrifice, he would give portions of the meat to his wife Peninnah and to all her sons and daughters. But to Hannah he gave a double portion because he loved her, and the LORD had closed her womb. And because the LORD had closed her womb, her rival kept provoking her in order to irritate her. This went on year after year. Whenever Hannah went up to the house of the LORD, her rival provoked her till she wept and would not eat. Elkanah her husband would say to her, "Hannah, why are you weeping? Why don't you eat? Why are you downhearted? Don't I mean more to you than ten sons?"

Once when they had finished eating and drinking in Shiloh, Hannah stood up. Now Eli the priest was sitting on a chair by the doorpost of the LORD's temple. In bitterness of soul Hannah wept much and prayed to the LORD. And she made a vow, saying, "O LORD Almighty, if you will only look upon your servant's misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the LORD for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head."

As she kept on praying to the LORD, Eli observed her mouth. Hannah was praying in her heart, and her lips were moving but her voice was not heard. Eli thought she was drunk and said to her, "How long will you keep on getting drunk? Get rid of your wine."

"Not so, my lord," Hannah replied, "I am a woman who is deeply troubled. I have not been drinking wine or beer; I was pouring out my soul to the LORD. Do not take your servant for a wicked woman; I have been praying here out of my great anguish and grief."

Eli answered, "Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him."

She said, "May your servant find favor in your eyes." Then she went her way and ate something, and her face was no longer downcast.

Early the next morning they arose and worshiped before the LORD and then went back to their home at Ramah. Elkanah lay with Hannah his wife, and the LORD remembered her. So in the course of time Hannah conceived and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, saying, "Because I asked the LORD for him."

When the man Elkanah went up with all his family to offer the annual sacrifice to the LORD and to fulfill his vow, Hannah did not go. She said to her husband, "After the boy is weaned, I will take him and present him before the LORD, and he will live there always."

"Do what seems best to you," Elkanah her husband told her. "Stay here until you have weaned him; only may the LORD make good his word." So the woman stayed at home and nursed her son until she had weaned him.

After he was weaned, she took the boy with her, young as he was, along with a three-year-old bull, an ephah of flour and a skin of wine, and brought him to the house of the LORD at Shiloh. When they had slaughtered the bull, they brought the boy to Eli, and she said to him, "As surely as you live, my lord, I am the woman who stood here beside you praying to the LORD. I prayed for this child, and the LORD has granted me what I asked of him. So now I give him to the LORD. For his whole life he will be given over to the LORD." And he worshiped the LORD there.

Then Hannah prayed and said: "My heart rejoices in the LORD; in the LORD my horn is lifted high. My mouth boasts over my enemies, for I delight in your deliverance. There is no one holy like the LORD; there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God. Do not keep talking so proudly or let your mouth speak such arrogance, for the LORD is a God who knows, and by him deeds are weighed. The bows of the warriors are broken, but those who stumbled are armed with strength. Those who were full hire themselves out for food, but those who were hungry hunger no more. She who was barren has borne seven children, but she who has had many sons pines away. The LORD brings death and makes alive; he brings down to the grave and raises up. The LORD sends poverty and wealth; he humbles and he exalts. He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes and has them inherit a throne of honor. For the foundations of the earth are the LORD's; upon them he has set the world. He will guard the feet of his saints, but the wicked will be silenced in darkness. "It is not by strength that one prevails; those who oppose the LORD will be shattered. He will thunder against them from heaven; the LORD will judge the ends of the earth. He will give strength to his king and exalt the horn of his anointed."

Then Elkanah went home to Ramah, but the boy ministered before the LORD under Eli the priest.

Eli's sons were wicked men; they had no regard for the LORD. Now it was the practice of the priests with the people that whenever anyone offered a sacrifice and while the meat was being boiled, the servant of the priest would come with a three-pronged fork in his hand. He would plunge it into the pan or kettle or caldron or pot, and the priest would take for himself whatever the fork brought up. This is how they treated all the Israelites who came to Shiloh. But even before the fat was burned, the servant of the priest would come and say to the man who was sacrificing, "Give the priest some meat to roast; he won't accept boiled meat from you, but only raw."

If the man said to him, "Let the fat be burned up first, and then take whatever you want," the servant would then answer, "No, hand it over now; if you don't, I'll take it by force."

This sin of the young men was very great in the LORD's sight, for they were treating the LORD's offering with contempt.

But Samuel was ministering before the LORD -a boy wearing a linen ephod. Each year his mother made him a little robe and took it to him when she went up with her husband to offer the annual sacrifice. Eli would bless Elkanah and his wife, saying, "May the LORD give you children by this woman to take the place of the one she prayed for and gave to the LORD." Then they would go home. And the LORD was gracious to Hannah; she conceived and gave birth to three sons and two daughters. Meanwhile, the boy Samuel grew up in the presence of the LORD.

Now Eli, who was very old, heard about everything his sons were doing to all Israel and how they slept with the women who served at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. So he said to them, "Why do you do such things? I hear from all the people about these wicked deeds of yours. No, my sons; it is not a good report that I hear spreading among the LORD's people. If a man sins against another man, God may mediate for him; but if a man sins against the LORD, who will intercede for him?" His sons, however, did not listen to their father's rebuke, for it was the LORD's will to put them to death.

And the boy Samuel continued to grow in stature and in favor with the LORD and with men.

Now a man of God came to Eli and said to him, "This is what the LORD says: 'Did I not clearly reveal myself to your father's house when they were in Egypt under Pharaoh? I chose your father out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to go up to my altar, to burn incense, and to wear an ephod in my presence. I also gave your father's house all the offerings made with fire by the Israelites. Why do you scorn my sacrifice and offering that I prescribed for my dwelling? Why do you honor your sons more than me by fattening yourselves on the choice parts of every offering made by my people Israel?'

"Therefore the LORD, the God of Israel, declares: 'I promised that your house and your father's house would minister before me forever.' But now the LORD declares: 'Far be it from me! Those who honor me I will honor, but those who despise me will be disdained. The time is coming when I will cut short your strength and the strength of your father's house, so that there will not be an old man in your family line and you will see distress in my dwelling. Although good will be done to Israel, in your family line there will never be an old man. Every one of you that I do not cut off from my altar will be spared only to blind your eyes with tears and to grieve your heart, and all your descendants will die in the prime of life.

"'And what happens to your two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, will be a sign to you—they will both die on the same day. I will raise up for myself a faithful priest, who will do according to what is in my heart and mind. I will firmly establish his house, and he will minister before my anointed one always. Then everyone left in your family line will come and bow down before him for a piece of silver and a crust of bread and plead, "Appoint me to some priestly office so I can have food to eat." ' "

The boy Samuel ministered before the LORD under Eli. In those days the word of the LORD was rare; there were not many visions. One night Eli, whose eyes were becoming so weak that he could barely see, was lying down in his usual place. The lamp of God had not yet gone out, and Samuel was lying down in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was. Then the LORD called Samuel. Samuel answered, "Here I am." And he ran to Eli and said, "Here I am; you called me." But Eli said, "I did not call; go back and lie down." So he went and lay down.

Again the LORD called, "Samuel!" And Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, "Here I am; you called me." "My son," Eli said, "I did not call; go back and lie down."

Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD : The word of the LORD had not yet been revealed to him.

The LORD called Samuel a third time, and Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, "Here I am; you called me." Then Eli realized that the LORD was calling the boy. So Eli told Samuel, "Go and lie down, and if he calls you, say, 'Speak, LORD, for your servant is listening.' " So Samuel went and lay down in his place.

The LORD came and stood there, calling as at the other times, "Samuel! Samuel!" Then Samuel said, "Speak, for your servant is listening."

And the LORD said to Samuel: "See, I am about to do something in Israel that will make the ears of everyone who hears of it tingle. At that time I will carry out against Eli everything I spoke against his family—from beginning to end. For I told him that I would judge his family forever because of the sin he knew about; his sons made themselves contemptible, and he failed to restrain them. Therefore, I swore to the house of Eli, 'The guilt of Eli's house will never be atoned for by sacrifice or offering.' "

Samuel lay down until morning and then opened the doors of the house of the LORD. He was afraid to tell Eli the vision, but Eli called him and said, "Samuel, my son." Samuel answered, "Here I am."

"What was it he said to you?" Eli asked. "Do not hide it from me. May God deal with you, be it ever so severely, if you hide from me anything he told you." So Samuel told him everything, hiding nothing from him. Then Eli said, "He is the LORD; let him do what is good in his eyes."

The LORD was with Samuel as he grew up, and he let none of his words fall to the ground. And all Israel from Dan to Beersheba recognized that Samuel was attested as a prophet of the LORD. The LORD continued to appear at Shiloh, and there he revealed himself to Samuel through his word.

Now the Israelites went out to fight against the Philistines. The Israelites camped at Ebenezer, and the Philistines at Aphek. The Philistines deployed their forces to meet Israel, and as the battle spread, Israel was defeated by the Philistines, who killed about four thousand of them on the battlefield. When the soldiers returned to camp, the elders of Israel asked, "Why did the LORD bring defeat upon us today before the Philistines? Let us bring the ark of the LORD's covenant from Shiloh, so that it may go with us and save us from the hand of our enemies."

So the people sent men to Shiloh, and they brought back the ark of the covenant of the LORD Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim. And Eli's two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

When the ark of the LORD's covenant came into the camp, all Israel raised such a great shout that the ground shook. Hearing the uproar, the Philistines asked, "What's all this shouting in the Hebrew camp?" When they learned that the ark of the LORD had come into the camp, the Philistines were afraid. "A god has come into the camp," they said. "We're in trouble! Nothing like this has happened before. Woe to us! Who will deliver us from the hand of these mighty gods? They are the gods who struck the Egyptians with all kinds of plagues in the desert. Be strong, Philistines! Be men, or you will be subject to the Hebrews, as they have been to you. Be men, and fight!"

So the Philistines fought, and the Israelites were defeated and every man fled to his tent. The slaughter was very great; Israel lost thirty thousand foot soldiers. The ark of God was captured, and Eli's two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, died.

That same day a Benjamite ran from the battle line and went to Shiloh, his clothes torn and dust on his head. When he arrived, there was Eli sitting on his chair by the side of the road, watching, because his heart feared for the ark of God. When the man entered the town and told what had happened, the whole town sent up a cry.

Eli heard the outcry and asked, "What is the meaning of this uproar?" The man hurried over to Eli, who was ninety-eight years old and whose eyes were set so that he could not see. He told Eli, "I have just come from the battle line; I fled from it this very day." Eli asked, "What happened, my son?"

The man who brought the news replied, "Israel fled before the Philistines, and the army has suffered heavy losses. Also your two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, are dead, and the ark of God has been captured."

When he mentioned the ark of God, Eli fell backward off his chair by the side of the gate. His neck was broken and he died, for he was an old man and heavy. He had led Israel forty years.

Father's Day 2008

Well, I was wanting to do this on or before father's day... but I didn't. Now, I haven't missed a single time with God since my last post, but the quality of my time has been pathetic. Not life changing, to say the least. I am not sure why it started when it did or much beyond the information than that above. What I do know is this:

  • God wants me to honor my father.
  • My earthly father is due respect.

And to understand anything, if I am to honor and respect my earthly father, I have to understand my heavenly Father.

Scriptures of note:

  • Matthew 5:14-16 says "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."

I have to let my light shine... what I believe that means is this: don't necessarily hide good deeds. I have to be a follower of God when I interact with people. How can anyone see God if everyone is acting like a heathen? And if I have nothing to shine about, what does that say about me? With a light, it brings light to not just me, but to everyone around me... is my light shining?

  • Matthew 5:43-48 says "You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Be perfect as God is perfect. WHAT A TEACHING?! Who can live up to that? Hey, Johnny, go live a perfect life. Oops. I'm going to screw that one up on a daily basis, for sure. Now, the Greek also translates that to COMPLETE. Be complete as God is complete. And complete means to have a mental completeness, a complete moral character. In other words, I may not be able to live a life without mistakes and errors, but I can live a life with convictions and a mental toughness to honor and love my Father God.

  • Matthew 6:1 says "Be careful not to do your 'acts of righteousness' before men, to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven."

In Matthew 5:14 it says to do good deeds before men. And then here it says don't do it before them. WHAT GIVES? Well, don't go making a show out of it. Don't be self-righteous about it while you give $1,000 to an orphanage, show boating to others what you did. I remember back in the old days of my church, we would have people "encourage" others by how they are meeting special missions contribution. I think it was a way of showboating about how everyone was so "sacrificial". We don't do that now. I think it was a change for the better, because it caused attitudes. And it puffed up the person doing the "encouraging". Jesus, I think, was warning about checking your heart. In fact, in chapters 5 through 7, there is a heavy usage of the work "reward", which I encourage anyone reading this to study out. I might someday.

  • Matthew 6:14-15 says "For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins."

How far am I willing to forgive? I have to forgive from top to bottom. What I mean when I say that is I have to forgive the things that affect me directly AND indirectly. The attitudes can be built simply from watching the EVIL news. And let's be honest, news is a blessing and a curse. It really is. It tells you of the weather, politics, court-room affairs, sports... and whatever dirt they can gather that might boost ratings and build a better bottom line when it comes to commercial breaks. That's the name of the game, and they are good at it. So, forgiving the teacher in Florida for putting that poor child through ridicule by a stupid vote and action out of haste. And guess what? I have never met that teacher, but I have to forgive her simply because the news presented me with information, and created an attitude in my heart. I hope you all can find ways to forgive people who have affected you in any and all ways. Don't wish hell on anyone and pray that they prosper righteously.

  • Matthew 7:9-12 says "Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

Do to others as you WOULD have them to do you. It doesn't say as they DID do to you, or as they ARE DOING, it says it in such a way as they haven't done anything, and they may never, for that matter, but do to them as you would want them to do to you.

  • Matthew 7:21 says "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."

The only people getting in the gates are those who are doing the Father's will. Are you doing the Father's will?

Emotion Study: Admiration

Admiration is a need in our family. I mean, who really doesn't like to be admired? So, let's look at what the dictionary says:

ADMIRATION, n. Our polite recognition of another's resemblance to ourselves. (Devil's Dictionary)

Admiration (noun):
  • A feeling of wonder, pleasure, or approval.
  • The act of looking on or contemplating with pleasure.
  • An object of wonder, pleasure, or approval.
  • Wonder; astonishment.
  • A marvel.
  • A feeling of delighted approval and liking.
  • The feeling aroused by something strange and surprising.
  • A favorable judgment.
  • Wonder mingled with approbation or delight; an emotion excited by a person or thing possessed of wonderful or high excellence.

Psalm 17
Hear, O LORD, my righteous plea; listen to my cry. Give ear to my prayer— it does not rise from deceitful lips. May my vindication come from you; may your eyes see what is right. Though you probe my heart and examine me at night, though you test me, you will find nothing; I have resolved that my mouth will not sin. As for the deeds of men— by the word of your lips I have kept myself from the ways of the violent. My steps have held to your paths; my feet have not slipped. I call on you, O God, for you will answer me; give ear to me and hear my prayer. Show the wonder of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes. Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings from the wicked who assail me, from my mortal enemies who surround me. They close up their callous hearts, and their mouths speak with arrogance. They have tracked me down, they now surround me, with eyes alert, to throw me to the ground. They are like a lion hungry for prey, like a great lion crouching in cover. Rise up, O LORD, confront them, bring them down; rescue me from the wicked by your sword. O LORD, by your hand save me from such men, from men of this world whose reward is in this life. You still the hunger of those you cherish; their sons have plenty, and they store up wealth for their children. And I—in righteousness I will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.

Mark 9:14-24
When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them. As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him.

"What are you arguing with them about?" he asked.

A man in the crowd answered, "Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech. Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not."

"O unbelieving generation," Jesus replied, "how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me."

So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.

Jesus asked the boy's father, "How long has he been like this?"

"From childhood," he answered. "It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us."

"'If you can'?" said Jesus. "Everything is possible for him who believes."

Immediately the boy's father exclaimed, "I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!"
This should be several parts in just itself. So, that is what I will do... Johnny Out.

Goals Update: 2008

Spiritual Goals for 2008
1. Have consistent QTs (over 90%) for 2008
2. Pray consistently with family (again, 90%)
3. Help the church (either communion service, contribution, children's ministry... just need to serve)
4. BE AT CHURCH consistently. Do let excuses pull me down from going.

I know this is only four goals (not a perfect number, biblically speaking...) but these are goals with God in mind. I think the Lord will bless it.

So, how is the progress?

I have realized several things over the past month. First, I need to get back to reading books, spiritual books, or just reading period. I have lost that love over the last couple of years and I think now is a good time to get back in things. So, I am adding a new goal to the list:

5. Read a book a month for the remaining year (7 books)

I also feel this weight loss has got be in the mix as well. I am really going after this thing, and have realized a few mistakes along the way and have made the proper corrections. Adding another goal to the list:

6. Lose weight and get to my goal: 160-170 pounds.

I am going to have to make an adjustment to the graphic to reflect in my change in goal. I have recently read that for a person of my bone structure, it is best to be about 180, but I remember what I looked like at 180 pounds and it would benefit me to be less than that.

In addressing the first four goals, I can not clench 90% on my QTs this year. I do pray consistently with my family, depending on how you look at the numbers. Mack loves praying, and he can only get that heart from learning from me and my wife. So, somewhere we doing right by him in this area. I have to take a step back from helping the church right now, but I will be able to once I get the gears all oiled. That isn't an issue right now. And I am at church consistently. So, those target areas are all OK. I am going to make an amendment to the first goal and simply add to be over 90% the rest of the way out. I feel that is fair and it won't be discouraging every month when I do this update.

I have learned something about losing weight. I have learned that just a proper diet isn't going to be enough. Exercise is essential. I had lost some weight early on in the month, but then climbed up to 220 lbs. I then introduced exercise to the mix and the weight started to drop off of me.

I hope to make up for the weight I was supposed to lose in the next couple of months. These goals for my weight are not going to be amended at this time. Johnny Out.
