Jillian Michaels Workout.


This is my workout for today. I use the Jillian Michael's website for my workouts. I am going to put more effort into getting it done everyday since I need to lose weight to make my hip last longer. My main effort is that my body is a temple, holy and clean, so I need to make sure that I take care of my body. Time to get to work.
